Perfect spot for our purposes.
We stayed one night at the BB Hotel Sapa on our way back from a mountain home stay. The hotel was very comfortable and located perfectly for our purposes. We had a good night’s sleep with no complaints.

Very central, close to many things
What I love about bb hotel was the bed and all the pillow was so good quality, the staff of the hotel more than welcome you. The location was perfect. We definitely be back if we back to sapa.

A hotel highly recommended!
My family loved BB hotel. It is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast setting and food are comparable to a 5 star hotel. The hotel staff are very responsive. Some construction was in progress in front of tbe hotel and noises çould be heard during our visit.

Shower facilities should be made available to the guests who reach after train from Hanoi or those who do a trek after check out. Train again are late at night. Most hotels provide these shower facilities which is amiss here.. worth considering? Further I am surprised at the response of the room service. Milk satchets not available and if u need milk we need to collect from restaurant.. surprised with room service.

Overnight in Sapa
Staff were very friendly and tended to all our needs, including a trip to the police station to act as interpretor. Room was large and clean, but had no windows. The only negative was that my son injured his leg on a sharp corner of the bed, but again, staff were helpful with bandages. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Clean, friendly, great location.
We are a family of four, who stayed in one of the suites. It was a good size for us, the room was clean and spacious. We loved the hotel, with its grand staircase and the kids enjoyed the pool table. Staff were very friendly. Location was great - especially for a Saturday night when there is entertainment in the square outside, and a night market all around.

City center but a little terrible.
Booked a family room. But it came without windows. Family room has 2 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom?! Bathroom was super big size but for what? In the end changed to 2 rooms. City center therefore exceptionally noisy. Room have rat! It dropped from the false ceiling. My mother got frightened and couldn't sleep well for the next 2 days.

Very Noisy
Although this hotel is in a great location and not bad for the price it is right across the road from some major construction which goes from 7.30am to 6.00pm everyday. This construction site is extremely noisy, when asked to be moved we were moved to the back of part of the hotel which too had a construction site, this wasn't as bad until 3am on the Sunday morning when they started pouring concrete and grinding. The corridors also have high levels of noise as they are marble and guests in the hotel were very inconsiderate yelling and screaming in the corridors. If you are after a quiet hotel then I would suggest staying somewhere else, if you want location then its good. The staff were friendly and try their best.

A definite recommendation for Sa Pa
The hotel is centrally located at the heart of Sa Pa town. We really loved the accessibility of the hotel to food, shopping and sightseeing around town, and of course the excellent customer service provided to guests at USapa Hotel. The hotel staff provided thoughtful advice for our daily sightseeing itineraries and were attentive to the customers needs.

Great location and comfortable bed
The hotel was very nice. I liked how when we arrived at 7am they allowed us to check in right away. This was especially great after an overnight train ride. The staff was friendly and helped book all our excursions. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was in great condition. The breakfast food was really good and I liked their location. I just wished I had a view from my window.

Room 117 - bathroom door did not close, power would not stay on also too close to Side street where the locals talk all night, literally. Staff kindly relocated me the next morning to a quieter room.

Great hotel excellent location
We arrived very early in the morning the staff upgraded us so that we were able to check in straight away. Sapa and the surrounding area is beautiful so we decided to stay an extra night.

Well located hotel in Sapa
I arrived 7:15am via train. Allowed to check in early without cost. Next day check out supposed to be 12:00. My train only left at 9:00pm. Asked for a late checkout. No problem and no cost! Well located in Sapa at the square. Walking distance to all that is important. Restaurant good. Only negative is they dont have an elevator. So you walk the stairs! I will stay at USapa again if I ever go to Sapa again.

The hotel is in a very busy and consequently very noisy area. Difficult to sleep with constant traffic and copious amounts of construction everywhere. I think trip advisor has this hotel way over rated at 4.8 stars. A more honest rating would be 3.8 - 4 stars top. The buffet breakfast would have been good except all the chafing dishes were left open causing all the food to be cold for the 5 days I stayed there. I will say the burger at the hotel restaurant was very good as well as the steamed sturgeon in ginger and lemongrass. I would like to see the hotel supporting the H'mong owned trekking company ( Sapa sisters, which is right around the corner )

Great hotel except the noise
New, modern, great location. Only complaint is the street noise, construction noise, and noise from other guests slamming doors and partying till all hours of the night. Still, looked to be one of the best overall hotels in Sapa. No elevator (but most hotels don't have one).

Right in the middle of Sapa - with no views
The hotel is right in the middle of the small Sapa village so it's easy to find. It's nicely maintained, both the outside and inside. The breakfast wasn't great but acceptable buffet style. The reception is very helpful organizing anything, so don't be afraid of asking them. Sadly we didn't have any views from our room, so was just looking out on the main square of Sapa which really not that exciting. I think some rooms may have views, but not sure. The gym is tiny but rand new. Enough for a very basic exercise or running but don't except more than a couple of machines.

Extremely accommodating
The staff went out of their way to switch our room so we could check in early after arriving on an overnight train. Throughout our stay the staff were continually helpful and welcoming. The location is an easy walk to everything in town. Highly recommended.

excellent hotel... really good.
We turned up, we're welcomed with custom soaps, got told we had been upgraded for free, went into an immaculately clean room through an immaculately clean hotel. The room was really comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. Hot water flowed well. The televisions in the rooms are new too so they work with usb sticks. We were lamenting our enter holiday not being able to stay for longer (due to hikes etc). Recommended :))

酒店地點很好，只是最近正在進行道路維修很大塵，出入不太方便，相信可能要一段頗長時間才會完成，但是完成後就是很好的住宿選擇，酒店早餐很好，工作人員很親切，附近食店選擇多。
