105 m2. More information by the provider: Luxury 3-room attic apartment (105sqm) in a multi-family chalet in Grund by Gstaad, built in 2002. Calm, sunny location with a breathtaking view to the mountains. Storage room for sports equipment as well as laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are in the basement. Close to the cross-country ski runs. Ideal starting point for hiking tours. 2 large furnished balconies (1x south-facing, 1x east-facing). 1 garage and 1 opened parking space.
3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 kingsize bed (160x200cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together (2x90x200cm). 2 bathrooms, both with direct access to the bedrooms. 1 bathroom with hydro massage bath/toilet. 1 bathroom with shower/toilet. 1 separate toilet. Modern kitchen with American bar, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue-raclette-set. Large living/dining room with chimney. WiFi.

Perfect Chalet

The Chalet is beautiful and well appointed. Minutes from the center of town and the Eggli and Wispile. The terrace has an amazing view and gets plenty of sun. We hope to be back next year.
