Room didn't have a beach view, we knew that before arrival, balcony looked onto pool area, issue on first night, patio doors didn't lock, power tripped 3 times. Both issued were fixed quickly. Sofa bed wasn't used, but was to uncomfortable to sit on as couch.

The hotel was amazing , all the staff were very friendly and professional, very helpful, every single staff member were smiling all the time, even when they had worked a lot of hours, nothing was to much trouble for them, right across the board, restaurants staff, bar staff house keeping staff , entertainment staff, all of them an amazing team that made our hoilday perfect . It was our first time going to a Riu hotel and we will certainly be going back, I work in hospitality so I know how hard it is , and I could tell that the staff all mix in together brilliant and thank you for an amazing time with entertainment every night perfect . Good quality rooms and balcony. The kitchen area is also helpful with a kettle, iron and toaster. The Skybar is really nice and the infinity pool on the roof is amazing. Highly recommend.
