“Overall, we had a pretty good stay, but there were definitely a few things that could be improved. The room itself was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed having a balcony off our room. The property seemed well maintained, and the location was convenient—not far from the beach and other places we wanted to visit. We specifically chose the room because it had a jacuzzi, so it was disappointing that the water never got very hot. The shower also had extremely poor water……
