Pool is clean and well kept, picnic tables right on site for family dining options, walkable to everything. We will be back, loved it here! "The beach was not crowded. About a mile from the crowds of the pier but walkable to the restaurants, rides and shops. There was a grassy area with a pool where the patios and balconies faced. There were a lot of families and it was a perfect place for the kids to play. We are a retired couple but enjoyed watching the kids play and having a private spot on the beach. The suite was small and could use some updating but it was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative for me was that the pool got crowded with kids and there wasn’t any space for an adult to hang out in the pool without getting jumped on. But the beach more than made up for that, and I did get a chance to get in the pool when the kids left for the beach. We both really enjoyed our 3 night getaway at the Friendship Oceanfront Suites! "
