Apartment "La Salamandre" with Shared Garden, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Located in Saint-Agrève, the apartment "La Salamandre" offers you all the comfort necessary for a pleasant holiday. This 100 m² property includes a living room with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, two bedrooms, a cabin sleeping area with two double beds and one single bed, a bathroom, and two toilets. It can accommodate up to 13 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, and a washing machine. A baby cot, high chair, bathtub, and stroller are also available.



The apartment features a private balcony, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, playground, heated pool, and a nearby lake. The property is only 300 metres from the town centre. Several parking spaces are available on site. You are kindly requested to carry out the final cleaning; otherwise, a deposit may be withheld. Pets and smokers are not allowed. Air conditioning is available, and a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles is at your disposal.
