This was my 3rd stay at The Augustin, staff always friendly and polite.
The only issues we had this time was the fridge was not working and the shower hose leaked and would wet the bathroom a considerable amount. Was reported to reception who arranged for maintenence to sort it out.
Breakfast buffet is between 7am-10am at €15 per adult.children under 12 free. I would advise not going late as the don't restock the hot food near closing time. Overall breakfast was good.
Location of the hotel is really good about 10-minute walk from Eurostar and 10-15 to the centre depending how far you want to go.
If I come back to Brussels I would definitely stay again.

The hotel, room and restaurants are very nice, in particular the reception staff (all of them!) were very friendly and accommodating, a true pleasure dealing with them!
