Séjour très agréable
Petite maison très agréable à 15 km de Sarlat qui permet d'accéder en peu de temps à tous les sites touristiques Très calme Proprietaire vivant en dessous du logement très gentil et accueillant Le site présente cette location comme un studio mais il ya une chambre en plus

Très agréable séjour au calme
Gîte dans un petit village typique du Périgord, très très calme. Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire. Gîte agréable et équipé convenablement. On pourrait toutefois améliorer la qualité de la literie de la chambre. Place pour garer la voiture devant le gîte, petit salon de jardin et barbecue à disposition dans le terrain juste devant la porte. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Ferienwohnung nicht empfehlenwert!
Trotz dreimaligen Anrufens war der Vermieter nicht in der Lage, eine konkrete Wegbeschreibung zur Ferienwohnung abzugeben. Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich und diese Unfreundlichkeit zog sich auch bis zum Ende durch. Der Vermieter bot keine Einführung in die Wohnung an und auch keine Informationen oder Hilfestellungen bzgl. weiterer Informationen zur Umgebung, Geschäften etc. wie sie sonst bei Vermieter*innen üblich sind, die Interesse an Ihren Gästen haben. Die Waschmaschiene war kaputt, was uns im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt wurde und sie wurde auch während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Vertragliche Unklarheiten bzgl. der Nutzung der Heizung und einer Abschlussreinigung sorgten für Ärger, was auch daran lag, dass der Vermieter sehr unfreundlich und nicht entgegenkommend war. Die angekündigten Gartenmöbel bestanden aus 2 Plastikstühlen der billigsten Sorte ohne Auflagen und einem Plastiktisch. Keine Gartenliegen und kein Sonnenschirm. Die Einrichtung der Küche bestand aus Töpfen ohne Deckel, z.T. defektem, billigsten Besteck, einigen wenigen Tellern und Schlüsseln. Es gab keinerlei kleine Notvorräte, wie sie in Ferienwohnungen üblich sind, man muss wirklich alles mitbringen, wenn man kochen möchte. Die Lampen waren z.T. ohne Glühbirnen. Das Bad war mit billigsten Plastikteilen bestückt und hatte Schimmelecken. Der Staubsauger stank nach alten Tierhaaren. Die Kommunikation mit FeWo direkt in dieser Zeit war widersprüchlich, kompliziert und wenig hilfreich. Der Vermieter scheint sich an Verträge mit FeWo direkt nicht gebunden zu fühlen, denn er sagte, "er macht seine eigenen Regeln" (Zitat). Fazit: Diese Ferienwohnung können wir auf keinen Fall trotz schöner Umgebung empfehlen.

De belles vacances dans ce gite simple en pleine nature et proche des principaux sites du Périgord noir. Merci à Christian qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos discussions sympathiques à l’apéro !

Confort simple mais très bien situé pour pouvoir visiter les principaux lieux touristiques . Rapport qualité-prix imbattable et très bons échanges avec le propriétaire. Et pour une fois malgré l'isolement du lieu du réseau et une WiFi qui fonctionne.

Propriétaire très sympathique et prévenant. Gîte très bien équipé, très propre et très bien situé,au calme, 5 mn des commerces, 15 mn de Sarlat, 20 mn de Montignac. Chemins pour les randonneurs
