Located in the heart of Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry, Gîte XIXKOINIA offers a peaceful setting with views of the Irouleguy vineyards and Basque mountains. Perfect for families or groups of friends, you’ll be close to hiking trails, the GR10, wineries, and the village center. The accommodation occupies the front of the house with a private entrance, enclosed courtyard, and no overlooking neighbors.



Beds are made on arrival and bed linen is included. Towels are available for an extra fee. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. The property features a wood stove, underfloor heating, and air conditioning (8 kWh/day included).



This duplex gîte spans the 1st and 2nd floors. It offers a spacious, bright living room with lounge area, wood stove, TV, and internet, plus a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas and ceramic hobs, dishwasher). Enjoy a 27 m² covered terrace, a small enclosed garden, barbecue, and outdoor furniture.



The first floor has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Upstairs, three more bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) and a bathroom with toilet comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
