Can't praise it enough

Second time of using as an overnight en route stop. Can't praise it enough! Room excellent and the meals (dinner and especially breakfast) couldn't be bettered. Very much hope to use again.

Fantastic hotel for a family of 4

We needed a stop off for one night on the way to the west coast of France - and this turned out to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Welcoming staff, very comfortable room for a family of 4, an amazing outdoors area (tennis / table tennis / pool / lawn area) with good food and drink provisions. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had!

Convenient location for the motorway when heading south. Easy parking and a couple of good restaurants within 5 minutes walk on the nearby campus. The public areas of the Novotel are nice but the bedrooms are showing their age a bit and the bathrooms need updating. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were friendly.

Another great stay apart from one room had not been properly cleaned (bathroom was pretty bad) and we had to raise this with reception. Hotel apologised and made a small compensation gesture in a timely manner.

Lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly. Nice clean room, decent size. Very welcoming entrance. Nice looking pool area (we weren’t thrrr long enough to stay). Great breakfast choices. It is not near the centre of Rouen, but we were only passing through so worked really well for us. My family all said we would stop there again in future years.

The hotel was in a good location for our needs. The hotel has a welcoming lobby/reception area. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom was a bit dirty. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Confortable bed and good service

There was a rubbish container just outside my windon, maybe it could have been covered with tarpaulin or similar. Not very nice sight. Toilet need proper descaling / bleaching. Good service and comfortable bed.
