"Le gîte est super, notamment avec des enfants et des adolescents.L'équipement du gîte reste à parfaire :- l'installation d'un lave-vaisselle serait préférable à celle d'un four- il y a un manque de rangement notamment pour les vêtements- un rideau de douche ne serait pas de trop- un grille pain et une boule à thé seraient utilesLe plus gros problème est le bruit de la ventilation dans la cuisine qui ne permet pas de dormir correctement dans le canapé-lit.Bien cordialement"

"Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. "

"The hotel was basic but clean. The staff were helpful. Rooms were small and functional, beds comfortable. Decor a little tired but in all, we had a pleasant stay. The area is really lovely. Gorges Du Tarn, St Enimie and the caves are an absolute must if visiting the area for the 1st time! "

"Warm welcome. Attractive room with excellent walk-in shower. Only downside was that the room was very cold all evening, but there was effective additional bed cover. Dinner was one of the best we’ve enjoyed - impeccable. Very good and copious breakfast with lots of local producers featured. "
