Iris and her team are wonderful hosts, and can set you up with local tours and activities. The breakfasts are great, and the dinners are even better - think local ingredients and traditional recipes. It's located a few miles outside town in the beautiful Roseau Valley, so you'll need transport of some kind - but that's true pretty much anywhere you stay on Dominica.
