New house, for 6 to 8 people, 500 m from the most beautiful beach on the island.
Quiet house served by a private driveway with enclosed garden.
Located on the edge of the typical village of Chaucre and near the country markets of neighboring villages (Domino, Chéray, Brée les Bains).
Access on foot in 4 minutes to the ocean. Vast sandy beach for several kilometers. Beautiful dunes by the beach with magnificent panoramic views (up to the Chassiron lighthouse). Surf spot. Surf, sailing and diving schools 5 minutes away.

Single storey house of 80 m² living space, bright, fully equipped:

House with great location and space
We really enjoyed our stay in Chaucre. The house is nice, functional, quietly located and has a lot of space. The beach is very close and beautiful. Only the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds could have been better in our opinion.

Nous avons passé 4 jours à la Chaucre, et nous sommes unanimes pour dire que c'était bien trop court. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. La maison est parfaitement placée, très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons eu besoin de prendre contact avec le propriétaire au cours du séjour, sur un jour férié, et nous avons eu un échange très réactif et cordial. Bref, nous sommes ravis de cette bouffée d'oxygène en famille !

La maison est conforme à la description, pas de mauvaise surprise. Très propre et très bien située car en 5 minutes vous êtes à la plage. Rien ne manque ni dans la cuisine ni dans la maison. Nous sommes très satisfaits et renouvellerons l'expérience.

Gîte très bien
Malgré le temps pluvieux, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Me gîte est super bien équipé et grand. Placé a 200m de la plage (accès directe). Après Chaucre n'est pas animé du tout, ya pas grand chose. Mais si vous cherchez le calme, je pense que c'est l'endroit idéal. Le phare de Chassiron à 8kms en vélo se fait bien et c'est superbe. On est allé aussi jusqu'à Boyardville en vélo avec une bonne partie en piste cyclables, c'était très bien. La plage est superbe.

Hervorragend eingerichtetes Haus, um auch einen langen Aufenthalt zu genießen. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß am schönsten Strand der Insel. Beste Bäckerei in 3 Minuten per Fahrrad erreichbar, super Gemüsebauer (verkauft auch Konfitüre, Wein, Mehl) in La Josière in 10 Minuten per Fahrrad erreichbar. Perfekt! Super Surfschule in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Nous avons bien été bien accueillis avec une grande disponibilité pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La maison est fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre avec sa terrasse et son jardin. La maison est proche de la plage. Ce qui offre de magnifiques ballades.

Nous avons passés un excellent week-end chez Eric. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et au calme à quelques minutes de la plage. Le contact est fluide nous avons pu arriver et partir aux horaires qui nous arrangeaient. Nous sommes vraiment ravis et nous reviendrons très bientôt je pense.

Malgré un petit couac pour récupérer les clefs nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location fonctionnelle et agréable. Ce qui nous a surpris c est la difficulté à circuler sur cette île (, travaux et embouteillages) . Heureusement nous avions 2 vélos à disposition très utiles.

Modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub im Oktober in Chaucre. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war auf der Insel der touristische Betrieb schon sehr reduziert, dass der Strand weitgehend uns gehörte. Die Siedlung besteht zum größten Teil aus Ferienhäusern, dass auch wenig andere Touristen anzutreffen waren. Das wird im Hochsommer sicher anders sein ?!. Mit dem Haus waren wir sehr zufrieden. Besonders die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder zu nutzen ist toll! Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft
