View of the lake was great and restaurant food was very good.

The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other areas to stay.

We loved the location of our little apartment/studio in Vieux Quebec. The area is very walkable--in fact, the only time we took public transportation was the #800 bus to Montmorency Falls. Lots of hills and stairs, including a flight of stairs down to the studio itself, but a short walk to Petit Champlain, full of shops and places for a snack or meal. The living area of the place looks directly out onto a pedestrian street so we kept the curtains closed, but we were out exploring all day. It would have been nice to have a grocery store nearby--the small shops had very limited offerings.

Spacious third floor apartment via stairs only. All contact via text. Host was reluctant to provide any accommodation such as luggage drop-off. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Finished prep after our 4 pm check-in. Very convenient location.

The location of this property is excellent if you will be a sight seer in old Quebec City. There are a lot of steep stairs and no elevator so any kind of mobility challenge means you can’t stay here. Having a kitchen in the room is great
