The price was good, the staff was helpful but I felt that these issues could have been dealt with before a Client begins occupying the room to discover these "faults", i.e. the baseboard heater not working and a plug-in space heater was brought in. To call for a repairman to "unlock the air locks" in the system. 2 ladies found no heat in the room and changed with me to deal with the problem. No compensation was offered to remedy my inconvenience for my follow-up. The staff was pleasant though.
