The property is in a good place, a short walk from the old town. If you are away for longer than a few days the standard rooms are small. We had problems with locking the safe and the tv. The issue with the safe was resolved the next day but the problem with the tv was not resolved. There was a space for a fridge in our room but no fridge. We were advised some rooms have fridges others do not, ours did not. In the hot weather that is not great.
That said it was an impressive building a conversion of a building with history, the staff were really helpful, great restaurant recommendations and other tips for the area.
Overall we had a good stay

"Great location, right in the middle of the town with easy walking distance to all the amenities. Nice and clean room with everything you need to hand. The staff were very good and helpful. The lift up to the rooms was very useful for us. I liked having a parking garage, it felt safe and secure."

"Check in starts at 5pm. Got there at 2. Tried self check in machine but would not recognise the hotels.com number. Had to wait 3 hours. Room was clean. Breakfast was a bit miserable and expensive. For €9.50 I’d have expected a lot more choice. Won’t be going back, sorry"
