Malo'Inn is a small residence ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, a few minutes from the IntraMuros ramparts (1.4 km), the famous Sillon beach (700m), and the Saint Malo train station (400m), in a shopping area: bakery, restaurants, car rental.... all amenities and transportation are nearby. For a few days, a few weeks or even several months, come and enjoy Saint Malo by putting down your bags at Malo'Inn!

Built in the 1930s, the building was completely renovated between 2019 and 2021 and now consists of 6 very comfortable apartments, from T2 to T4. The owners have used noble and ecological materials and the thermal and phonic insulation has been particularly worked on. The character of the old building has been preserved but all the apartments have benefited from a thorough renovation. Thus, each apartment has become a haven of peace, perfectly fitted out and equipped for visitors who choose to put down their suitcases there. On site, you will have a collective laundry room with shared washing machine and dryer. There is no car parking on site but there are parking spaces (paying) nearby. However, you can park your bicycles in the private courtyard of the building (bring your lock).

The Malo'Inn 3G is a lovely apartment of about 75m2, completely renovated, bright, quiet and very clean, located on the 3rd floor (without elevator). It offers three independent bedrooms, one of which is a duplex, with high quality bedding (size 160x200), storage space and their own shower rooms. A very nice kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ...) will allow you a perfect independence. The kitchen opens onto a dining area and a living room with TV. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped, bright thanks to a double exposure, it can accommodate 1 to 6 people comfortably. It benefits from a very good sound insulation thanks to its new double glazing. You will be able to access free wireless internet thanks to the fiber.

Managed by the Cocoonr Saint-Malo Côte d'Emeraude agency, whose offices are located on the first floor of the residence, you will be welcomed on site by our teams and your apartment will be ready to welcome you. Sheets and towels are provided and your bed will be made upon your arrival. To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, .... cleaning products are on site .... Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay on the Emerald Coast in the heart of the Corsair City.

For the well-being and tranquility of all occupants, we ask you to respect the calm of the place and the following rules:
parties are forbidden and any noise nuisance will be reported and punished.
The entire residence is non-smoking, both private and common areas (especially the courtyard).
Pets are not allowed in the residence.

Appartement très agréable, bien agencé, un vrai cocon, seul bémol la buanderie qui est trop éloigné du logement, un lave linge dans l'appartement serait plus confortable, ce qui éviterait les monter et les descente lorsque les appareils sont déjà occupés.
