Überdachte Terrasse und großer Garten mit Swimmingpool. Welches jeden Tag vom Eigentümer gereinigt wurde. In der Nähe des Hauses verlief eine Straße, an der jedoch nur sehr wenig Verkehr vorbeiführte. Sehr nette Besitzer. Wunderschöne Umgebung und viele schöne Orte in der Nähe.
