Les Issambres, ideally situated in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is a privileged destination on the Côte d'Azur, a village that is both central and not overrun by tourists.   
It is 15 minutes from Sainte Maxime and 20 minutes from Saint Raphael.   
You'll find all the local shops you need: bakers, butchers, chemists, tobacconists, newsagents, two supermarkets, florists, ice-cream parlours, chocolate makers, restaurants, petrol stations, doctors' surgeries... and a local open-air market on Monday mornings and a second-hand market on Friday mornings.   
The beach is a 7-minute drive from the villa, where you can swim, relax and take part in water sports in a gentle, family atmosphere.   
The port of Les Issambres is the perfect place to moor your boat, take a 25-minute boat trip to St Tropez or go on a variety of sea excursions.

Wir, zwei Familien mit je zwei Jungs, haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen geniessen können. Die Vermieter waren schon im Vorfeld sehr besorgt, dass uns an nichts fehlt und haben uns mit Informationen und Tips versorgt. Mit gleich viel Herzblut wie sie ihr Haus lieben sind sie auch Gastgeber. Unkomplizierte Übernahme inklusive Einführung durch die Haushälterin. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Vielen Dank und wir wünschen euch nur solche Mieter, die euer Haus auch so schätzen wie ihr dies tut.

#### Beautiful house with incredible view

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in July. The house has everything you need, a true home from home. The views from the house and terrace are outstanding, where you can see right across to St Tropez and watch the world go by, and we were lucky to catch the fireworks on Bastille Day! The local beaches were great with lots of water sports activities, and the port has a ferry across to St Tropez, which we took for dinner one evening. Don’t miss Saint Maxine, which has great restaurants and a night market through July and August. We would love to go again.

#### Un séjour magnifique dans la villa de Marc et Virginie

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille (enfants de 10 à 19) dans la chaleureuse villa de Marc et Virginie. La villa est très bien située avec une splendide vue sur la mer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine ainsi que l’es différents coins de la terrasse qui bénéficiait d’un bel éclairage en soirée. Nous y retournerions avec les plaisir.

#### Tolle Terrasse mit Traumblick auf Meer und Bucht

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen!!! Im Urlaub haben wir vor allem den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse, und im Pool sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft! Das Wohn- und Esszimmer sind sehr geräumig und gemütlich. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht! Der Kinoraum ist der absolute Hit! Die Betten sind gut, der Ankleideraum sehr praktisch und die Badezimmer zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen vielleicht wieder, wenn es nächstes Jahr passt!

#### Beautiful house in a perfect location

We had a wonderful holiday! The house is very well situated and the view is beautiful. We have never had such a well equipped house, the kitchen even has a milk frother and rice cooker. Les Issambres is a beautiful place with cosy restaurants and small shops. Central and yet very quiet. No mass tourism. The landlords were very caring and always interested in our well-being. We will gladly come back!

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist das absolute Highlight! Aber auch im Haus fehlt es an Nichts. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war absolut unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus mit wunderbarem Pool und einer fantastischen Aussicht. Wie haben eine Woche Familienurlaub genossen, 5 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Sehr empfehlenswert!
