Property Summary  
The Village Cap Estérel - Le Village is a luxurious resort situated in Saint-raphaël, France, offering a range of amenities for a comfortable vacation rental experience. The property boasts a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, Tennis Court, EV Charging Station, and an Installment Plan option for convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
Nestled on a 210-hectare park, the resort features five seasonal swimming pools (available from April 6th to November 3rd), a children's pool, boccia courts, and a children's playground with slides and swings, providing ample outdoor recreation opportunities for guests of all ages.  
  
Other Information  
Within the complex, visitors can indulge in the spa area (additional fees apply), enjoy shopping facilities, and utilize the laundry services (extra charge). For convenience, there is an E-charging station on-site. Nearby amenities include a shop, grocery store (500m), supermarket (6km), restaurant, bakery (500m), and a bus stop (300m) serving the "Ligne 21" line. The "Saint-Raphaël-Valescure TGV" railway station is 9 km away. The property is car-free, with no lift access. Entertainment options are available during the season, making it suitable for families with childminding services (extra cost). Nearby attractions include Anthéor (8km), Saint-Raphaël (9km), Fréjus (13km), Cannes (33km), Saint-Tropez (50km), and Nice (76km). The well-known Lac Saint-Cassien and hiking trails in the Massif de l'Estérel are easily accessible. A marina is situated 1 km away, while a 9-hole golf course and tennis courts (500m) offer recreational opportunities.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 38 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The living room features a sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a TV with a flat screen. There is an exit from the living room to the garden and terrace. One of the rooms has a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) with an exit to the garden. The sleeping alcove is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) that can accommodate 2 people.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Tassimo capsules for the coffee machine (additional capsules can be purchased separately). The apartment also features a bathroom and a separate toilet. Electric heating is available to keep you comfortable during your stay. Outside, you'll have access to a terrace measuring 10 square meters, which is roofed and leads to the garden. Terrace furniture is provided for your convenience.  
  
Other Information  
The property, known as "Le Village (C6013)," offers additional facilities such as internet access (WiFi, extra charge applies). A reserved parking space (number 2652, roofed, suitable for 1 car with a height limit of 180 cm) is included. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as a gallery or alcove. This offer is provided by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. During your vacation, you can enjoy the convenience of having a dishwasher, heating, microwave, television, and other amenities mentioned earlier.
