- family room has 4 single beds = perfect

- No air-conditioning - be aware as in summer gets warm.
- provided with fans however and can open windows
- no lift BUT the staff helped carry our luggage up and down

Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen .
Nice hotel but manager is a let down .

The hotel is somehow both elegant and cozy. It is perfectly located, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We stayed for 3 nights, and we didn’t want to leave.

Great location with a short walk from both the Grand Place, which is the heart of Brussels and from Brussels Central station. The hotel has a classy appearance and the lobby and communal facilities are impressive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, room and bed were comfortable.

This property was lovely. It was SO convenient and right near the Market Place. Where you can find lots of food/drinks places. Walkable to the canal boat ride, beautiful view and lots of bars to sit with beautiful canal views. We visited Bruges, Ghent/Gent and Brussels. Bruges was our favourite.
Property had a lift, really great air conditioning (we went in the hot weather) staff were lovely, she even gave us cute little cookie on our departure!! Bus service there as well, can pay contactless on the bus. Bus number 2 also takes you to Bruges station
