"Even though the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. We arrived at 2 PM and the reception was closed. We were under the impression that we wouldn't be able to check in until 4 PM; not that there wouldn't be anyone there at all."

"We picked the studio and we knew there'd be a pull out sofa but it wasn't as comfortable so we would have preferred the one bedroom with a proper bed. Other than that everything was good and it was affordable."

"You advertised this hotel as 4 star well it’s not 4 star it would be lucky to be 1 star We were told on arrival that we would have to clean our own rooms. And if we wanted the towels or bed linen changed we would have to pay 10 euros a day for that service and when we said how do we clean the rooms they charged 40 Euros for supplying a broom a bucket and mop and a hover. Oh and when we opened the room NO AIR CONDITIONING 4 star hotel JOKE ,,"

"residence recente donc je m’attendais à quelque chose de récent, mais la residence commence deja a defraichir un peu je trouve. de plus, dommage que dans une residence recente, le groupe nemea est investi dans des lits aussi pourri et raide. donc en global je donne une note de 3,5/5 car bien situé. "The staff were great but the hotel itself was a bit tired. The deck had a nice view of the sea but the housekeeping could have been better. No towels in the room when we arrived and we had to ask for them. It was just ok"

"Excellent, and clean residence, very friendly and helpful staff. Main company office also really helpful, and thank you for their assistance. Great location, far enough for quite, but close for most things (10-15 minutes stroll walk). Lots of free to use sports equipment and great facilities to keep you entertained! Food plentiful and tasty."

"Stayed for 4 nights in early May 2018. Had apartment no.10, which was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy, the area is beautiful. The golf course looked superb, but alas didnt get to play. The pool was cold, but refreshing. Top tip - stop at the supermarket before you get there, as there is nothing nearby!"

"The worst experience that I have ever imagined no air-conditioning the room was over 105° nobody spoke English like they said they did they were very dirty no kids place like they said there was over all the worst experience I could ever imagine"

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"The room was large & comfortable. The staff were very helpful & even though I arrived early for check in they stored my luggage for me. The hotel is well situated for walking. I would stay there again."
