Excellent séjour à l’Hôtel L’Hippocampe ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une équipe sympathique, souriante et disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et calme, avec une très bonne literie VRAIMENT agréable pour dormir. L’emplacement est également très pratique pour profiter de Balaruc, Sète et des alentours, tout est a proximité avec un parking facilement accessible. Une très bonne expérience du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation ! 😊

Le personnel ( 2 dames ) en charge du petit déjeuner ont été tellement adorables et prévenantes . Un vrai plaisir de bien commencer la journée. L’hôtel est au milieu d’une zone commerciale donc pas de charme mais par contre hyper pratique pour une escale reposante. Une borne permet d’arriver à 2h du matin si besoin et le petit dej est servi jusqu’à 10h . Chambre avec Clim silencieuse. Bref je recommande chaudement pour une étape .

Peut être pas de chance chambre supérieure pas digne d un 3 étoiles le bouchon du lavabo qui retient l eau le wc bouché et le fond de la cuvette marron…..et le pompon le deuxième petit déjeuner…..2 machines à café en panne donc pas de café le buffet vide ainsi que le distributeur de jus d orange heureusement nous n étions pas pressés près de 3 quart d heure d attente il n avait pas oublié d encaisser la veille notre prestation.je tiens à préciser que la personne qui servait été à la fois incompétente et à la limite de la politesse un peu trop ironique à mon goût….il faut qu’elle se remette en question ou alors peut être changer de métier. Adresse à eviter
