This is a lovely hotel in a good location for the ski slopes (walking distance to the Bossonet lift even with skis and boots, but there is also the option of the free hotel shuttle to get down to the slopes, and then you get the village free ski bus to get back to the hotel at the end of the day if you want to). The hotel staff stand out as being particularly good. Extremely courteous, quick to action any issues, and always someone available to help. We had an unfortunate issue with the people in the neighbouring room to ours, but the reception staff were very quick to try and sort the problem or find an alternative solution. Valet parking in the hotel's car park was beneficial and worth the 18EUR per night charge to avoid having to find a parking space outside. Can't comment on the bar, breakfast or spa as didn't use any of these services. Ski rental was excellent, good equipment and friendly staff member. Rooms were very clean, with good facilities. Soundproofing between rooms is not great (we could clearly hear people in the rooms next to us) but that isn't a fault of the hotel. Wonderful Hotel,I really enjoyed my stay. Professional and courteous staff. Great location to the Village and slopes. Perfect for families with pool, jacuzzi and billiards. They say they speak English, but not that I saw. It was not an issue.
