Was nice because we had dog with us and they have outside dog area. Continental breakfst was lacking and coffee was terrible. fortunately had a Starbucks close by. Lots of dining options nearby and close to freeway.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff was super friendly, the rooms were very spacious, and the breakfast was nice with lots of variety. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked really nice too. The only con was the mattress was a lot firmer than I’m used to, but the bedding was very nice and they gave plenty of pillows.

I felt like it was easy to find, priced right and enjoyed having breakfast here too. The bathroom was very small with the sinks being outside, but some folks like that.

Positives - Great value - easy straight shot in to downtown Salem as well as access to the freeway and wine countries. Recently completely renovated - clean and new interiors, comfortable rooms. Great and friendly staff. Full freshly prepped breakfast bar with scrambled, meats, biscuits/gravy, oatmeal, waffle station and coffee. Walking distance to a Trader Joe's. Not much in the neighborhood for dining but easy access to downtown. Commercial is a busy road so sometimes a challenge turning left. We'll stay there again at our next visit.

Rooms were nice. Had microwave (Didn't mention that in amenities). Only issue of concern is that there are no ice machines on all floors. You have to take elevator or stairs to I forget what floor it's on (That's my point!).

Check in was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. From there it went downhill. Power went out from just after 9pm and didn’t come back on until after 2am with ZERO communication. I tried to talk to the staff that night and was met with gruff irritation like I was the inconvenience. There was never an apology or explanation. A simply sorry for the inconvenience. We are doing everything can. But nothing. Breakfast was pretty good the first morning but the next was poorly stocked. If you’re looking for a hot shower, this is probably not the hotel for you. I will not be staying here in the future nor would recommend.

Check in was easy, nice and friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Pictures online show a hot tub but this is the second time we have stayed here and it has been covered both times. No fault to the hotel, but this was the nosiest stay Ive ever had. The people above us were stomping and running back and forth until about 11:00, and the room next to us had the TV so loud I could hear what they were watching. Ok hotel for price but horrible nights sleep.
