The only thing missing was railing on stairs. It was dangerous as floors are ceramic tiles and extremely slippery. There were a lot of elderly tourists in the hotel and not all used lifts. I wanted to mention it and feel it is important that railing be installed. There is an accident lurking to happen.

Everything at Hotel Del Levante is geared to make your stay unforgettable. The view is breathtaking. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The animation team are very thoughtful, kind and considerate. They are fun to be with and work so hard to make everyone welcome and included - from small children to 80/90 year old grand-parents. The food is amazing and the snack bar is simply perfect.

Okay at best
The hotel is right on the beach. Not the nicest beach but not the worst. The pool was nice but it was too cold to swim. The room was extremely hot and couldn’t get the A/C to work. After talking to the staff I was told that the A/C wasn’t working and that the only thing that could be done was turn off the heater. Which I’m not sure why was on in the first place. Had to open the window to cool down the room but no breeze came in through the window so I had to fan in the cool air for a while to bring down the temperature in the room.

Had to change room three times because of air-vent noise. Then was told we had to move out the day before our final day due to over booking. Eventually I complained and we stayed till our final date.

Overbooked!
The Levante double booked the room and therefore were not able to honour the booking for which we had already paid! Alternative accomodation was offered in a sister hotel 15 minutes drive away inland (the only purpose in booking this hotel was because it is next door to the hotel where my parents were staying and because it is by the sea). In the end, after demanding to speak to the manager, we were offered a better solution in a hotel nearer to this one, even though the receptionist had previously told us there was no availability. The explanation of how overbooking was possible was very unclear so I can only assume it is their policy to overbook.

Great hotel good food, beach and staff
Great relaxing hotel good Italian food staff very friendly/helpful. Private beach free sun beds put up for you by beach staff. Evening entertainment very European with action type songs and dancing, but also plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. Good car park with guard.

La struttura dichiara di essere un 4 stelle superior ma non è assolutamente vicina a quella categoria. I punti di forza sono: 1)La spiaggia privata e gli operatori che la gestiscono bene nonostante la maleducazione dei clienti(occupano ombrelloni e lettini dalla mattina alle 8 anche senza poi utilizzarli). 2)Il bar ed i ragazzi che lo gestiscono, sempre gentili e disponibili. I prezzi del bar abbordabili. 3)I ragazzi dell'animazione. Sempre allegri, disponibili e mai invadenti. Spettacoli divertenti ed intrattenimento per i bimbi ottimo. I punti deboli: 1) Accoglienza pessima. Alla reception appena arrivati un ragazzo sgarbato nei modi ci ha dato le chiavi della camera senza spiegarci nulla sugli usi e costumi della struttura. Alle nostre domande, le sue rusposte erano ermetiche e con tono infastidito creando riluttanza ed imbarazzo nel chiedere altro. 2) Le camere e l'aspetto generale dell albergo sono decisamente antiquati. 3) Il ristorante è a mio avviso vergognoso, sia per la gestione (anche se i camerieri sono molto disponibili ed educati) che per la qualità dei piatti. Cantina praticamente inesistente. In futuro torneremo sicuramente in questi luoghi stupendi ma di certo non in questa struttura che abbiamo trovato molto cara rispetto ai servizi offerti.

Ottimo Hotel sul mare
Hotel direttamente il mare con lido privato e piscine per adulti e bambini. Ho pernottato per lavoro ma avere il mare a due passi è sempre una bella sensazione. Ho cenato al ristorante e ringrazio il personale di sala sempre molto gentile è disponibile. Ho avuto un problema con una camera e sono stati rapidissimo a cambiarmela. Ci tornerò ad Agosto con la famiglia per godermi il mare.

All'arrivo in hotel nel parcheggio c'è il personale addetto che ti indica dove parcheggiare. Alla reception il personale è molto cortese e veloce nel brigare le pratiche di arrivo. Purtroppo però si aspetta un pò per l'ascensore dato che ce ne uno solo per tutto l'albergo (l'altro è un montacarichi a disposizione del personale di servizio). La stanza era molto pulita e la vista era fantastica. Il condizionatore faceva un pò rumore. Ho cenato in pizzeria sempre facente parte dell'albergo bello il posto ma la pizza era praticamente senza sale. La spiaggia dove hai l'ombrellone garantito, è bella ma molto stretta ovvero sei praticamente attaccato al tuo "vicino". In alternativa c'è il patio adiacente alla piscina dove ci siamo trasferiti per i motivi di cui sopra. L'intrattenimento è nel giusto ne troppo frenetico ne troppo statico. Nel complesso è un buon albergo tenuto in condizioni estetiche buone dato che si trova di fronte al mare. Consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla anche con bambini.

Ottima location e struttura, peccato per le corse alle 8 del mattino in spiaggia per accaparrarsi sdraio e ombrellone con file di anziani gia'li da tempo, occupandone 4 alla volta lanciandoci asciugamani sopra per poi andare a fare tranquillamente colazione, l'estrazione in bagno scarsa, la porta gonfia dell'umidita'e di conseguenza dura nella chiusura/apertura, l'aria condizionata rumorosa e i cuscini scomodi. In generale non all'altezza del prezzo richiesto.

Di passaggio in occasione di un viaggio in zona con momenti di visita archeologica. Albergo in frazione (Torre Canne) a vocazione turistica nei mesi estivi. Albergo con affaccio sul mare ed accesso diretto in spiaggia. La località è anche termale. Ideale per chi vuole fare una vacanza solitaria, meditativa eccetto che nei 20 giorni canonici di agosto. Negli altri periodi comitive di passaggio.

Pausa dopo il matrimonio del figlio.
Avevamo proprio bisogno di un periodo di relax dopo un periodo incredibilmente convulso a seguito dell'organizzazione di un matrimonio per il figlio per questo abbiamo pensato a questo hotel che ci aveva consentito in altre occasioni un buon recupero anche per la posizione in un'area bella e che consente una buona gastronomia.

Overpriset og dårlig service
Vi bestilte et rom for tre personer men da vi skulle sjekke inn var det et tomannsrom med to enkeltsenger som ventet. Personalet ville ikke sette inn en ekstra madrass til vår 7-åring, til tross for fortvilelse og forsøk på å løse situasjonen fra vår side. De tilbydde et større rom, til en stiv pris. Rommet var ikke større enn tomannsrommet. Dette til tross for at vi allerede hadde betalt skjorta for tomannsrommet. Expedia var stengt da vi ankom hotellet sent på kvelden, og da personalet ved hotellet heller ikke ønsket å løse situasjonen endte vi opp med å sove tre stykker i to enkeltsenger. Aller siste dagen av vårt totale 10 dager lange opphold kom det et lite forsøk på forsoning fra hotellets side, ved å spandere middag i restauranten. Alt i alt var vi skuffet over oppholdet, og hotellpersonalets- samt Expedias, manglende service og løsningsorientering. Vi endte med å kjøpe en madrass på Ikea til en brøkdel av prisen for et "større" rom og ekstra seng. La oss håpe andre som skulle ende i samme situasjon får bruke madrassen....

Professionale e cortese tutto il personale di ogni categoria, tranne quello della reception freddo e staccato. Posizione ottima per mare-spiaggia però discosta anche dal più vicino piccolo centro. Ristorazione buona e ben servita compresa la colazione; simpatico il capanno. Bagnini molto attenti e indaffarati sia in spiaggia sia in piscina. Apprezzata la messa a disposizione di stendini comuni.

nur die Lage ist toll...
das Hotel ist überteuert und versucht den Kunden ein teureres Zimmer umzubuchen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Zusatzbett bestellt, aber kein Bett gefunden. Wir mussten dann eine Suite nehmen und einen happigen Aufpreis in Kauf nehmen. Frühstückbüffet ist auch nur für 2 Stunden offen und sehr mager.... Kaffee ist eher schwarzes Wasser und auch eine Schokolade war mehr Wasser als Schoko....

Älteres Hotel, jedoch gut erhalten. Eher kleinere Zimmer, viele ohne Balkon (trocknen nasser Badtücher u. Badkleider im Zimmer problematisch), WIFI gegen Bezahlung, eigener Sandstrand mit einseitigem Meerzugang, gute Meerwasserqualität, Liegestühle u. Sonnenschirm gratis, jeder Strand-/Badtuchwechsel kostet, Personal mehrheitlich freundlich, Halbpension mit Tischservice, eher einfache Küche.
