Located in the Cap Salou area. Very close to Cala Penya Tallada. Surrounded by Mediterranean forest. Quiet but close to the sea and all services.The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. DISTRIBUTIONWith a capacity for 5 people and 2 bedrooms, it is distributed in a living-dining room, terrace, bathroom with shower and independent kitchen. Master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with a single bed. GOOD TO KNOW- NO LIFT (not accessible)- Double sofa bed in the dining room.- Reservations for groups are not accepted.- Ideal for a quiet holiday near the beach. - Free parking area within the complex, NO assigned parking space.- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
