The staff was outstanding. They did their best under difficult circumstances out of their control. The location is awful with homeless folks nearby. The first room reeked of cigarettes and had no lamp shades on the lamps. Thankfully the staff gave me another room. They advertise free coffee in the morning. Alas, coffee was not available.

This hotel was very old. There was rust and mold everywhere in the room and especially in the bathroom! There were a lot of homeless individuals in the parking lot and a homeless tent city on the other side of the fence from the parking lot. We stayed up most of the night watching our car. The beds were a nightmare to sleep on, waking up with a backache. Because of the bad experiences we had at all 3 Motel 6’s we stayed at on this trip, we cancelled our 2 night stay in Carson City and drove straight through to Rocklin, California.

Property was dirty, stairwell and under the stairwell. Lots of drug addicts. They need to have back up service for things like towels especially. I went to ask for a towel and the office said they didnt have any. Complimentary tea had just warm water instead of hot wTer in the thermos. OverallI would not recomend this place!

I stayed here 1 night with my kids. We were driving back from Idaho and needed a inexpensive place to crash in the area. I know this is a budget motel and my expectations were already pretty low. We checked in around 10 and were out the next morning by 745 so we werent there for long.....thank god. I'm not a hotel/motel snob by any means but this is by far one of the worst places Ive ever stayed. Extremely dirty and the smokiest smelling non smoking room ive ever stayed in. Mold on the walls, yellow oozing stains of god knows what dripping on the bathroom ceiling, cigarette holes burned in the bedding and curtains, no lampshades, a tv that went wouldnt stay on for more than a minute before it shut off, black footprints in our shower that had obviously not been cleaned, and the security lock was broken so the door would barely stay closed. I asked about changing rooms possibly but was told that wasnt an option. Sadly this was not even the worst of it....we were approached by multiple people asking everything from wanting money, coming in our room to use our phone, and even asking to shower. There were people fighting nextdoor, people openly shooting up drugs and more. Random people knocked on the door all hours of the night. To top it off...my friend stayed in a room as well and her 4 year old found a baggie with a crackpipe in the bathroom. I wish I was exaggerating but sadly I'm not. I definitely don't recommend staying here especially with kids. Very sketchy area.

Good location as it’s right at the train stop which offers free rides to downtown and the airport…but the facility is dirty and has bad plumbing. Definitely served the purposes but leaves a lot to be desired.

We did not enjoy our stay. Trash around the parking lot was blocking drains. No shades on any of the lamps, just bare compact fluorescent bulbs glaring at you. Both beds sagged on the side so any second person would feel like they were falling out. Cars revving their engines in the lot till midnight were far more annoying than the few planes we noticed. Freeway noise was also quite loud on one side of the building. In the morning someone was yelling about calling the police if people didn't leave the property NOW. Trash still littered the lot. We cut our stay short and found another place to sleep.

Very rough neighborhood. Homeless people in the parking lot all night. Yelling, whistling, at all hours. Not much sleep at all, but is a very convenient location to get to the airport quickly.

First off: this review is about the hotel, staff at check-in desk were friendly and helpful. Waited around till checkin and got my key, went to my room to drop my bags off and the room hadn’t been cleaned after last person (this was at 3). Went back to desk and apparently, there was a language barrier that caused the issue. I can understand that but I don’t understand how it took almost 1.5 hours to clean the room. I was stuck waiting there having arrived by Uber. The bathroom floor still wasn’t super clean so I made sure to wear shoes when going in there. I didn’t even look at the tub, I was afraid. The light in the room had no cover, just bare bulbs hanging on the wall. There was no tv in the room but the equipment to mount it on the wall were there as was the remote control (very sus!). A lot of air freshener (or something) had been sprayed in there to make it smell clean. Nearly caused a problem with this asthmatic! This particular hotel was very rundown! Yes, it was also noisy but you can’t expect it to be quiet situated by the front runner or interstate. I won’t stay here again but as I stated up front, the front desk staff was very good and friendly!

Very thin walls so it’s noisy during the night. Keycards get deactivated easily. Lobby is locked and there’s rarely anyone at the window to help. Vending machine stole my money. Definitely not worth $65 a night.

First room they checked me in had no TV and the fire alarm is going off at 35 seconds. The second room was better yet it still had a towel rack sitting on the counter, bugs on the floor in the bathroom in the morning and overall not a clean room or a comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in many Motel 6’s over the years, and this would rank at the very bottom.

Trash was everywhere around the property and trash bags from the guess. A lot of homeless people roam the property and are outside literally begging. The hotel needs to be renovated asap! The water pressure was terribly LOW !!! pillows and blankets super thin !!! The office works are too comfortable walking around no shoes in the office texting on there phones while helping you sleeping etc

Lock was broken, water lukewarm. Neighbors REEKED of marijuana. Asked for late check out at 1130 which was confirmed. At 1115 maintenance, security and housekeeping banged on my door demanding i leeave claiming it is 1130. When i told security it was in fact 1115 she started shouting "Dnr!!". And sat outside my door speaking in Spanish talking badly aboug me thinking i couldnt understand. I went to the office and apparently the quiet front desk worker is the manager. I relayed my information and despite my recordings and all he said he backs his workers. Didnt even hear me, didnt care. By far one of my worst hotel experiences.
