Clearly a refurbished Super 8, not in great condition but clean enough. Bed was rock hard and there were noisy guests pretty much all night. Loud music, yelling, and paper thin walls. If you’re only staying for one night, the price is good and you could probably deal with it. But I would not recommend.

First of all, breakfast is not offered. They do not have conditioner or lotion. They do not offer or have extra pillows, rear entry/exit door broken, room furniture broken, shower head never cleaned heavy hard water build up, woke up this morning to leave and forensic unit is there outside my door because someone died in the room next to me.

The only thing that was remotely positive about this place was an inexpensive price, but that in no way made up for the fact that THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. For a hotel to have no hot water was unbelievable, but we were extremely tired and took the room, anyway, only to find the carpet and furniture was dirty, the safety latch was completely broken - there were marks all over the walls and floor from building entry through the hallway to apartment, the lighting was harsh and ugly . . . we were disgusted.

Pillows were not great. Carpet and duvet had stains. Walls had stains. Tv aspect ratio was off and only saw a portion of the picture. As for the bathroom hairdryer broken, toilet lid broken, shower rod broken. Long and hallways had a smell.

I did not like how the receptionist was rude and the guy in the morning had horrible cigarette and he made me wait to check out for him to finish his cigarette also for a property that says no smoking he sure does the job by obeying his own rules I also didn’t like that they ask for a cash deposit.

Our was filthy. Even though no animals are allowed, we found some dog poo u see the night stand between the beds. The carpet was sticky to walk on and the bathroom had the shower rod coming off the wall.

This was a very inexpensive hotel, so I figured we would give it a try. Very run down poorly maintained building. Our bathtub didn’t hold water at all. It’s very very thin walls, you can hear every conversation including the ones at 3 or 4 in the morning. We were asked one of our four days staying if we would like room service and then not asked again even though we didn’t use the non-existent do not disturb sign. The decor and beds are severely outdated and uncomfortable. I will say their shower water pressure was very solid and you don’t see that often. The surrounding area is also very solid with restaurants and shopping. It’s cheap just don’t expect much else.

Watch people get a room for prostitution and watched other sketchy dealings on property. Would’ve booked another room somewhere else if I could’ve afforded it but I’m a broke college kid who had to be near by to see a surgeon for a very important medical procedure Monday morning. Don’t have extra money so I will just hide in my room and get out asap!!!

If you don’t mind the “candy” being sold by the side entrance, the people constantly doing it in the laundry room so often and so loudly that you can hear it from about 20 rooms away. This was literally happing multiple times a day. Or if you don’t mind all the random stains on the carpet or bed sheets. It looks like either paint or some kind of candle, something with a weird texture. Or if you don’t mind the guy at the front desk pretending he doesn’t know anything about your cash deposit and you have to explain to him how you they only accept cash deposits and I want it back now. After literally five minutes of explaining it to him he went right to the safe unlocked it and grabbed it. pretty sure he was just trying to seal it. If you don’t mind all that Then this is the place for you! But for real I only got this place because it was cheap and I still gotta stay here for another few weeks. It I could get my money back I’d happily spend twice the amount it was to stay here to be somewhere different but sadly it’s not refundable.

The hotel is in a very great location,but that is about it in terms of positives. The hotel is very inexpensive so I can’t talk to badly, but the shower had all kinds of black gunk around the outside and corners along with the shower curtain had been ripped out of the fixture numerous times. No breakfast or gym as advertised. Also unexpected $100 cash only deposit which feels fishy.

I don’t know why this place isn’t rated higher.
2nd time I stayed here and I like it, better the than anything else is the SLC valley for the price. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. It was nosier being on the southeast side but I would definitely stay here again vs downtown and airport. It perfect is toilet seat didn’t match toilet, but for the money it’s great. Also neighborhood and parking lot are safe and secure.

If you stay at this or similar motels, you should know what to expect. This little spot is convient if you have children, McDonald's has a play area just across the way, and jungle jims is walking distance as well as many other stores and restaurants. Also allows pets, and they are very adimnt about their DAILYpet deposit, of $25.So, Kep that in mind.

All surfaces had some kind of filth on them, makeup on the walls, goo from some kind of lotion/soap, sinks were filthy and had remnants of previous stays, crumbs, spills, etc.. the bedding had human hair on the pillows, stains on the blanket from what looked like lotion or toothpaste, burns in carpet. My room didn’t have a plaque with a number on the door or wall, just hand scribbled on. This hotel is being used by drug users and homeless who got vouchers to stay out of the cold. Staff refused to offer a cleaner room or a refund, and staff entered illegally when I made a complaint about the room to speak to me. This hotel should not be listed as an option on Expedia.
