I booked 3 rooms for myself and my family. My niece arrived early and was able to check into her room with no issues. My parents arrived at 11:30pm and encountered a huge line. When it was finally their turn and they were given a key, they were given the key to an occupied room. Besides the embarrassment of walking into another guest, they had to come back downstairs, wait again and hope they were given a key to an empty room. I arrived at 1am and proceed into walking into not one, not two but FOUR occupied rooms. When I was finally granted the right of an empty room (by the way not the room I booked, but at this point I just want a bed) there wasnā€™t even a water bottle in the room, as if it wasnā€™t quite ready to receive guests.. And as you can imagine, if I walked into 4 different guests someone arriving later was going to walk into me, that happened around 3:00am. The hotel is new, the facilities are fine, bfast was good. But OMG figure out your booking system, especially for guests that fully paid in advance. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Para piorar, sĆ³ se descobre o preƧo apĆ³s acessar cardĆ”pio digital. Ou seja, entramos morrendo de sede no quarto, tomamos a Ć”gua crente que seria no mĆ”ximo 8 reais ( o que jĆ” Ć© um preƧo abusivo) e nos deparamos com o valor ABSURDO de 12 reais. CUIDADO

Tivemos problemas no check-in, com fila enorme e demoramos cerca de 1 hora para ser atendidos. A recepcionista nĆ£o conseguiu visualizar a reserva do nosso segundo quarto, no Hotel.com, e nos alocou em uma acomodaĆ§Ć£o inferior ao que tĆ­nhamos reservado. O outro recepcionista disse que nĆ£o havia fila com prioridade e estĆ”vamos com um bebĆŖ e uma idosa. No outro dia reclamamos com o gerente que se desculpou e concedeu um desconto para prĆ³xima estadia. Se nĆ£o fosse esse transtorno com a equipe da recepĆ§Ć£o, o hotel Ć© muito bom, com quartos limpos, bom cafĆ© da manhĆ£ e prĆ³ximo ao aeroporto.

InacreditĆ”vel como em pleno 2024 o hotel nĆ£o implementou um check-in online ou algo semelhante. A recepĆ§Ć£o estĆ” sempre lotada e com poucos atendentes, o que gera filas gigantesca e uma enorme espera. A cada check-in, a recepĆ§Ć£o demora cerca de, no mĆ­nimo, uns 20min a cada atendimento. AlĆ©m do mais, o ar condicionado do quarto estava com defeito e nao havia outro quarto semelhante disponĆ­vel. Piada.
