"This is a very limited resort.. the infrastructure is old, AC did not work as expected, ants in room, worst WIFI ever, dinning is just fine. The pool area is good, but you cannot rely only on that to rate a complete stay experience. The beach is beautiful but unusable as it's part of a natural reserve. No beach bar or infrastructure is allowed, plus water is full of jellyfish so if you go with kids, you wouldn't want that experience (my 3 years old daughter was stung by one). Service and staff...

"Overall good hotel but needs renovating. Lobby area is nice however the rooms are very basic for 5 star hotel. Poor lighting in the rooms. Breakfast has lots of variety. Hotel service is very good. Location isn't great, nothing within walking distance and is not a safe area to walk. A few people have been robbed around the area. "

"Os funcionários são maravilhosos e prestativos, tudo que precisei resolveram na hora. Localidade excelente, tudo é perto, táxi e Uber de fácil acesso, local seguro, portaria e segurança 24h. Café da manhã ótimo, com variedade. A vista para o mar é fantástica do quarto e da piscina. Melhorias: os quartos com varanda deveriam ter mobília para que o hóspede pudesse sentar do lado de fora e aproveitar a área. "Had an amazing stay as a couple at Tivoli resort for a two day break en route to a wedding in Praia de forte. The room was incredibly comfortable, good AC and we had a convenient location to the beach, pools and restaurants. "This is a very limited resort.. the infrastructure is old, AC did not work as expected, ants in room, worst WIFI ever, dinning is just fine. The pool area is good, but you cannot rely only on that to rate a complete stay experience. The beach is beautiful but unusable as it's part of a natural reserve. No beach bar or infrastructure is allowed, plus water is full of jellyfish so if you go with kids, you wouldn't want that experience (my 3 years old daughter was stung by one). Service and staff deserves it's own paragraph. First of all, the general MOOD going around could be better described as "ANGER". Staff is angry working there (not sure if they are tired of turism or very bad payed). On the other hand, the staff is ONLY prepared for BRAZILIANS.. if you speak spanish, super slow or a mixture between portuguese and spanish (which is sometimes the only alternative) they all respond in a very rude way. They are RUDE to any turist that's not brazilian. JUST FYI Entertainment is good but very local.. even with kids entertainment that is ONLY handled in portuguese. Oh, one more thing. If you go with kids, keep in mind you'll walk long distances.. but not too bad."
