SEMI-SOUNDFRONT Salvo — The cherry on top to the perfect vacation is being close to the people you love, surroundings that inspire you, and doing the things that bring you joy. That is what makes CHOCOLATE SUNDAE the complete confection for a perfect getaway. Located just moments from Pamlico Sound, this five-bedroom/five- and one-half-bath home will especially delight kiteboarders and windsurfers who will be drawn to a community boat ramp with access to one of the sport’s most coveted waters.

Of course, it’s what’s at the house that will enthrall everyone else, starting with the raised pool deck views of the sound. Enter the home and find an elevator that makes move in and out a breeze. A game room, ideal for days when the sun is too hot or simply hiding, is located on the first level and features a pool table, four-seat card table, TV, kitchenette, and half-bath. Across the hall is the first of five bedrooms, a master king with private bath. A washer/dryer sits on the landing between levels one and two. The second level reveals three more bedrooms: a king and queen, each with private ensuite baths; and a pyramid bunk room with access to a hallway bath. The final bedroom, a king with private ensuite bath and sound-facing deck access is located on the third level. Like all of the other bedrooms, this one is equipped with a smart TV.

The third level’s great room provides a seamless gathering place for those moments you love to share with each other, whether you are creating family favorite foods in the well-equipped kitchen, sharing it around a generous dining table for eight or at the three-seat breakfast counter, or enjoying TV time from the luxurious comfort of an ample sofa. A few steps up from the living room is a bonus loft with a four-seat table ... the ideal place to set up a puzzle or game. A wealth of windows open the room to an abundance of light while multiple fans whir overhead to create a gentle breeze. For nature’s version, step outside on the furnished deck and let the iconic breezes from Pamlico Sound remind you of why you chose to book CHOCOLATE SUNDAE.

New TVs in all bedrooms. New 70” TV in great room, reworked bookshelf into TV enclosure and enclosed space over fireplace. New couch, loveseat, rugs, and tables in game room. Local art hung throughout.

Elevator broke

Had a family member who was handicapped and elevator was not working took 3 days to fix …. Dead bird was under couch and was dirty… we left it cleaner than we got it, also the neighbors 2…. Left dogs out on balcony and both neighbors dogs barking till midnight so very sleeplessness night prior to checking out
