"The best hotel ever! The rooms are clean and the hotel smells great when you walk in! We were greeted very nicely by the staff! The ambiance outside is great. It’s right across the Robinsons Mall. The breakfast was fantastic! Not your usual continental breakfast, this was high class. "

"Have stayed here several times. Staff are vet friendly and helpful. Resort is a short walk from Baybay Boulevard to get food, drink and socialise in the evening. At the resort there is/was live entertainment most nights. Food is good."

"Next to downtown Borongan but quiet at the suites. My room was clean and comfortable, with good bathroom and fresh linen available. Proprietors and staff very friendly and helpful, and I was made to feel at home - much appreciated as a solo traveler. Just a short walk to the main street, and nearby are plenty of eateries, bakeshops, tea and coffee places. Lots of tricycles around for more distant locations. Building has good security, plus fire extinguishers and escapes are all present and correct. Always good signs of a well-run establishment. I would be happy to stay again when in Borongan."

"A great destination to relax and unwind . The staff make you feel special and apart of the family. The boat trip is a must to explore the coast line and see how some of the locals live . If you get a chance dive into the waters and refresh like i did you wont regret it . Just ask your boat driver if its the right time of year to swim . "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once, so any criticism I have should be taken along with that information. The staff at this hotel are very pleasant and the housekeepers in particular do a great job. However, they have an uphill battle. The rooms are about as basic as they come, which is fine, but it’s obvious that whoever owns this hotel puts very little money into the most minor repairs. For example, my shower head shot out water in only one direction, the toilet flusher button looked as though they’d been duct-taped in place, the bathroom drain was loud enough to drown out the TV, the bathroom door creaked like the entrance to a haunted mansion. None of these deficiencies change the fact that this hotel is inexpensive, located in a good spot, and it feels completely secure, although an in room safe would be nice. Dining and transportation is all around. For the budget traveler, it’s fine, just don’t expect the Ritz. "

"Checked in eight hours early because of our arrival time. Happy to pay for an additional day. The hotel had no record of our reservation. The first response we were told we were scammed and would have to pay. Checked in a room 300 and then put us in room 301 with broken window latches and then moved us to 303. The final room was fine but there definition of deluxe should be changed to standard. The power went out and they had a back up generator but we were told we had to pay 300 peso a day to pay hotel for power. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast ladies were very kind. Front desk need more training except for the new guy he went out of the way to provide service. The security that greeted us in the beginning helped us with our luggage entering and leaving. He made arrangements to have transportation throughout our stay!! So thankful! The information and services online do not match up with what they actually provide."

"Whilst the staff were helpful, there was a rodent infestation problem on our floor. We complained the next morning and were moved to a higher floor. Will not stay there again."
