Great location. We upgraded and had a larger room and it was enormous. Shower was nice. Bed and linens were comfortable. Lots of glass on several of the walls of the bathroom and no bathroom door which was a bit awkward for getting out of the shower and a bit too much outside light came in. Loved the robes. Very walkable to the entire area. We’re on the eighth floor and could hear some street noise. Would stay again and recommend!

Room was clean, staff was kind, but sometimes they were not easily found. It seems the hotel runs with minimal staff members.

Overall, my experience was decent. My first day at the hotel was not great, but I had the chance to meet a woman who supervises the cafeteria, and she was very friendly and kind. One of the highlights of my trip was getting to know her and speaking with her in Korean every morning. However, the front desk staff were not very welcoming, and during off-hours I was unable to get any assistance. I believe the hotel should have staff available 24 hours a day, as most standard hotels do.

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff, room , location everything was perfect.

The location to food, transport and bars was great. The resto and pool on the rooftop was awesome! I only disliked the train noises when I opened my window.
