Adorable Pad Steps from the City's Energy!

Summary:

Immerse yourself in the allure of this artistic studio, serving as your portal to downtown San Antonio's vibrant offerings. Whether strolling, riding a scooter, or an Uber, you're just moments away from downtown. Begin your day with a leisurely coffee in a stylish lounge chair indoors, or relax on your secluded deck, taking in the garden's beauty and the gentle rustle of pecan trees. Embrace the distinctive fusion of urban energy and the tranquility of fluttering butterflies and singing birds.

The Space:

This chic studio features a single bedroom, bathroom, and a compact kitchen with a walk-in closet. Enjoy high-speed internet access (251 Mbps) and a 40-inch television for your entertainment needs.

Guest Access:

Your exclusive access begins with a private entry at the rear of the house, accessible via a thoughtfully landscaped path adorned with solar lights for illumination after dark and secured by a privacy gate. This pathway guides you seamlessly from the front of the property to the back. Upon arrival, you'll have key access to both the back door of the house and the studio. Upon entering through the back door, you'll find a shared laundry room and hallway. The deck and its furnishings at the rear entrance are reserved solely for your enjoyment. Additionally, there's a back patio and grill located further out in the backyard, designated exclusively for guests staying in the main house.

The Neighborhood:

The Lavaca neighborhood hosts a diverse, artistically inclined population and many public buildings host local's murals or mosaics. Although built mainly from the 1880s through the 1920s, the streets of the neighborhood were actually built over the earlier 18th-century acequias (irrigations ditches) of the Alamo's farmland when it was a Spanish Colonial mission. If you are a foodie, you will love Lavaca which has anything from street coffee vendors to local taco dine-ins to chef-owned and operated upscale eateries.

Getting Around:

Uber/ Lyft
