Perfect property
We had a lovely time staying in this property. Oliver was very helpful before we arrived - answering varies queries. He met us on arrival, giving us all the info we needed and also checked us out. The property is very well equipped, everything had been thought of, which made for a really comfortable stay. Great position for shops, bars and restaurants and the beach. Fabulous holiday
We had a wonderful 2weeks ......Great Villa . Oliver was excellent if we needed anything. Lovely views over the golf course. Shorts walk to either the beach or to the great restaurants. Would certainly recommend.

Great location, super well equipped!
Overlooking the golf course and with a sea view this bungalow is in the perfect location. Oliver was there to meet us and to see us off and the bungalow is comfortable and very well equipped. There was nothing that we looked for that we did not find. The complex is totally secure with a beautiful swimming pool and the promenade to Maspalomas is a few steps down the hill. We will go again and recommend it to our friends and families.

Sitio ideal, frente al campo de Golf. A 250 metros de la playa con estupendos restaurantes. Cuidado, limpísimo, moderno interior con amplia y cómoda zona jardín exterior. Maravilloso Solárium en planta alta. El mejor complejo del sur de Gran Canaria. Exclusivo, nuevo, tranquilo con fantásticas piscinas. Deseando volver. Gracias a los propietarios por los detalles.

Amazing apartment to rent for our wonderful family holiday
This large, spacious apartment was perfect for our recent family holiday. It was well fitted out with lovely comfortable beds, fresh brand new bed linen, every kitchen appliance you could possibly need and sharp knives! The garden areas are very well maintained and ideal for our small kids to play in a safe environment. You get the sun late afternoon to the front terrace, ideal for a sundowner and a beautiful meal outdoors. The communal pool area was very clean and the heated kids pool was well received. We would definitely book here again next year. Thank you oliver for a wonderful and memorable family holiday. See you soon. The Sheridans.

Schönes Haus, perfekter Gastgeber Oliver
Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön! Wunderschöne Aussicht und gute Restaurant in der Nähe, 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir wurden von Oliver Cruz sehr gut betreut, das Haus wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes 2x gereinigt kostenlos! Das einzige was uns gestört hat ist der Lärm von der Strasse.

Schönes Haus in Meeresnähe
Das gut ausgestattete Reihenhaus mit sonnigem Garten, Balkon und Dachterrasse bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Es hat neben zwei Schlafzimmern auch zwei komplett ausgestattete Bäder, eines unten, ein weiteres im Obergeschoß. In der Anlage gibt es einen Pool mit vielen Liegen, aber auch der kleine Sandstrand von Meloneras ist nah. Dort beginnt auch die Promenade, über die man am Meer entlang bis zum Faro von Maspalomas und dem dortigen Strand mit den Dünen laufen kann. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Man braucht eigentlich kein Auto, weil auch die Haltestellen für die Busse in der Nähe sind. Wenn man aber flexibel sein will und eins mietet, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor der Haus. Oliver ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der schon vor der Reise fast sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat. Danke nochmal.

Tolle Ausstattung
Wir fanden das Haus und die Ausstattung hervorragend und haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Haus liegt direkt neben einer Straße mit mäßigem Verkehr.

Sfeervol en zorgvuldig ingericht, zeer comfortabel, 'alles' is er. Prima bedden, ruime slaapkamers, uitstekende keukeninventaris, prachtig terras, en super dakterras. Goede ligging bij zee, supermarkt, restaurants. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar en parkeren voor de deur.
