Front desk staff was very attentive. I believe her name was Tanya ? She mentioned everything about the hotel and eating areas . Housekeeping staff were very sweet and generous. The only thing that did bother me and scared me was the creepers in the parking lot when we first checked in as if he was creeping to see who to get. And there was a homeless passed out as soon as we opened the door. A little scary and sketchy . Maybe security or management can nicely kick them out. Other than that the hotel itself was nice and all staff members were awesome.

Easy check in! The lady who checked me in has wonderful customer service skills! Struck a conversation with me and filled me in on breakfast and what was available on the facility- pool and gym. Our suite is amazing! Huge and spacious!! The beds are amazing!!! Sheets clean! Pillows clean! Even the pull out bed is spotless and clean!!! I am truly amazed and impressed with this room! I will definitely be booking here in my future trips to Southern California!

To start, if it wasn't for Heather at the front desk, this would be a 4 star experience. There are many things to point out, but because she was so attentive and helpful, they were easy to over look. I would encourage whomever is in charge to acknowledge her, she is a superior employee and an asset to your establishment.
