The property is a non-smoking and no animals unit. The complex is quiet, strictly enforced no loud noises, no partying, or loud music allowed property building. You can only have the maximum allowed people for this unit which is 6 people including children. You cannot bring extra people to hang out on the patio or inside the unit. The owners of the building live on the property. If any of these policies are violated the traveler may lose their security deposit. This is a great place for families to relax and enjoy the beach. So make sure you are okay with these house rules before booking. Please check the listing for the description of all the amenities.
This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property is great for families with young children and can sleep up to 6 people including children by using the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You are right on the beach and the bay. The bay has no waves, which is great compared to the ocean with waves. So it is much safer for young children to play out in front. The bay is definitely okay to swim in. Basically, the beach in front of you is like a private beach for the complex because very rarely does anyone not staying in our complex go to the beach in front. Also since the city of San Diego has outlawed alcohol on the beach, you can have a nice glass of wine on the patio while being able to see everyone on the beach. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, a BBQ grill, pack n play, and a high chair. We also have Paddleboards available stationed on the patio and are used on a first-come, first-serve basis. The paddleboards are meant to be shared by all tenants, and not to be held by one group the whole day.

This is a condo located at the bay. The condo is at street level and the beach is one level below, which you would take the stairs down to get there. The condo is just blocks away from restaurants and shopping. This condo is centrally located to San Diego county's most popular attractions including SeaWorld, world-famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar, and much more.
Amenities: This is a secured building that includes a dedicated outdoor 2 car tandem parking spot. The coin-operated washer and dryer are outside the unit one level below down by the patio, there is Wi-Fi, flat-screen television, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and beach towels, pack n play, and a high chair. For common use, there are paddleboards and a soft surfboard on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a bicycle rack for you to lock the bicycles you bring or rent. We also have discounts to rent water sports equipment such as Paddle Boards, Jet Skis, sailboats, and even Jet packs. We also provide the contact information to a Massage Therapist to come to the property to give massages to an individual or couple for a fee.

Please check the Rates and Availability section for open dates and specific rates. There are 4 to 7-night minimums for reservations that are based on the time of the year. During some holidays there are 3-day minimums. During the months of June, July, and August some dates are only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. To book Christmas day, you must also book Christmas Eve, to book Thanksgiving Day, you must book Thanksgiving Eve, to book New Year's Eve, you must book New Year's Day and the other way around for all those holidays.
Cancellation of the reservation dates at least 60 days before the start of the stay will get a 100% refund of all monies paid. There are no refunds of the rent, taxes, and cleaning fee for cancellations or changes to the reservation dates that are less than 30 days to the start of the stay, but there will be a refund of the security damage deposit paid and the amount paid for the Property Damage Protection Policy. If the rent, taxes, damage deposit, and cleaning fee are not paid by 60 days to the start of the stay, you will lose 100% of your rent deposit and lose the reservation, but you will be refunded the amount you paid for the Property Damage Protection Policy. Notice of cancellation or changes to the reservation dates must be in writing via email or mail.

Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
