Nice yet temporarily under renovation
It was a nice place yet under renovation. The room itself was excellent yet the heat did not work and there was a “for California” cold front. The room 50 F at night Electric plugs are poorly laid out yet this is likely due to renovations. In a month this will be a great place so I consider this a temporary issue. That said parking and cleanliness was perfect .

The room said "multiple beds" so we were expecting King bed, twin and sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. Our family of 5 could not fit, also, it smelled terrible as if we entered an Indian food restaurant. The room we were checked into was right behind the office, we checked in and checked right out. Need better cleaning. There was pubic hair in the bathroom and should have been rated less than 2 stars.

Check-in staff was very friendly. Regrettably, this didn’t make up for a room with cigarette burns all over the bedspread, a hard mattress, hard pillows, no bedside lamps, dirty towels and an overall sense of uncleanliness. We won’t be staying again.

When we arrived, the room was upstairs & I have a broken back & there was No elevator! We had 2 big suitcases! I wanted a refund & the property mgr. refused to release the waiver, your re-location dept. was unhelpful & refused to refund my money! so i go to the room & the lock wouldn't lock! the on-site came after several rings to the office & he had to get a screw driver to budge the problem & had No concern about my feelings, he stated it happens alot!, 7 NEXT TO MY ROOM THE PEOPLE WERE RELEASED FROM THE COUNTY JAIL AND COOKING OUTSIDE THE ROOM, IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPEIRENCE & I GOT IN MY CAR AND DROVE HOME AN HOUR AWAY AND THE ROOM WAS PAID FOR, VERY UPHAPPY WITH HOTELS.COM, THAT YOU ARE QUIBBLING OVER $130 & the servive was horrible, I am waiting for your supervisor to call me.

Good afternoon Cynthia we are sorry to hear about your broken back we at the Rodeway Inn take pride in given great customer service to our guest. Our front desk staff will always help if we get asked to carry luggage up to the rooms, perhaps you forgot to ask us. We are a small property and unfortunately don't have an elevator our amenities are posted on Hotels.com and other OTA's websites. Our property does allow grilling on our picnic area. Cancelations has to be made with Hotels.com since it was a pre-paid reservation feel free to give us a call directly to better assist you.

Cost. Had to pay $77 extra to switch from a king bed to 2 double. There is absolutely no space to hang your clothes. The space was recently remodeled so was very clean and had a nice large bathroom even though the tub stopper didn’t work. Room was on the side of a very street so traffic noise all night.

The Hotel is under construction and was filthy there were stains on the sheets and the toilet did not even flush. it was horrible I will never stay there again.

hello this lovely bunch of indian guys they are nice people but at 3pm sunday some homeless women' and men were around in front AND place seems to me like need some outer and inner cleaning??? Moreover the manager want !00$ for the deposit to stay One Night please very BAD experiences HORRIBLE

This place was terrible never had such a bad experience like this one. Last was super rude to me as I checked in . I felt harassed by being watched go in my room. When I wanted to shower the shower was broken and couldn’t even shower. When we where checking out me and my friend where being watched by the owner mom and honestly thought they where going to hurt us or something the whole experience was terrible

The staff was nice, the room smelled like stale smoke, the shower had peeling paint. Overall was decently clean….it appeared they had homeless people staying in rooms? A lot hanging around working on a bike in parking lot….I didn’t feel unsafe and they were pleasant, just not what I expected at a hotel.

The towels were dirty, there was mildew in the shower, the renovations weren’t professionally done. Despite CA being open post COVID-19, guests did not have access to the lobby. I could not find an employee for check out (7 am on Sun). I won’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend this Inn.
