Hotel is new and close to SFO and BART. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Fitness room is 24-hour open. Mini kitechen in the suite is super great.

Loved the convenience of the place what i didnt like was the staff had an attitude like a family was calling to reach me n the staff said or i cant trf you now i have a long line and they wouldn even give us a break we have to a whole night of stay n our flt was at 8pm at least pay half of the night fight the check in was so late they just need to be like the other hotels in the neighborhood flexible all they concerned abt is the money ..smh

A nice modern clean hotel. Milbrea is not the most exciting location, but it is close to the airport. I would have given 5*, but the rooms are only serviced every 3 days and the only milk at a pretty uninspired breakfast was oat milk!

I dont know but the girl at the front desk was so rude just because she had a line at the reservation her answer to us on the fone was ' cant help you right now i have a long line at the front, that is not my business to know the least she could say my apology Maam can you hold the line for a bit or even transfer my call to the room i asked for n she can go bk to her line what happen to customer service.

The property was great, as were the staff. Top tier. Transportation was challenging, we had to Uber everywhere. Otherwise, convenient next to airport, and not too far from the airport.

The hotel is right next to a large, well stocked convenience store as well as an in n out! Security roams the parking lots which makes us feel safer about maybe leaving something's in the car. The hotel is clean, and well priced. We always get the studio suites, and it's so nice to have a FULL kitchenette. A 2 burner stovetop, a microwave, sink, plates, cups, silverware, knives, pots, pans, YOU NAME IT. for under $200, you cannot find anything better, I highly recommend the residences

Close to airport, in fact our room faced the SFO runway. That being said I watched the planes take off and land. Rooms are Very insulated and it was super quiet at hotel. It’s brand new. Must of opened just recently… the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel ever! Will be making this my first choice from now on.

This was our second stay at this location during our trip. I was a bit upset that even though I reserved the same type of room from our first trip we didn’t get the same kind of room bc none was available. Since we were staying for just a day it wasn’t a big deal. The staff was helpful with that. Our family still enjoyed our stay and was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Love it here!
I’ve always loved the Marriott hospitality and the residence inn is no different. I was checked in very quickly and our room was the perfect size for my family of four. we have everything we needed for our stay and my girls loved the room. It was spacious and CLEAN! The breakfast was great and the staff was super quick to refill food and clean up tables. I loved it so much that I cancelled my other hotel in San Francisco and rebooked at the residence inn even though it cost more. The extra cost was so worth it!

They are close to the airport which is why I picked them to stay but they do not offer transport service to or from the airport. We were told to 'call a taxi'. Will not stay there again!

The staff was professional and friendly. The room was well-appointed and aesthetic. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only downside was that a gluten-free option should have been included in the breakfast menu.
