I slept sooooo good at Bay Landing! Comfortable bed and bedding and nice and quiet! Thats so important to me when on a business trip. Very clean grounds, excellent parking and great staff. Thank you Cutler!

We love staying here. It’s clean, staff are friendly, it’s in a nice location can walk along the bay, the breakfast is excellent, plenty of parking, easy access to freeway.

Free parking and breakfast is great, weird that the airport shuttle doesn’t run in the middle of the day. Tried to use the water fountain but the water was warm.

Free parking in SF, awesome. Free breakfast in SF, awesome. Price: reasonable. Location: convenient and walkable. Bedding: Uncomfortable. Housekeeping: only upon request, but good. Amenities: none, but didn't care. In-room television: absolutely horrendous. Overall: good for short stays; better than awful downtown San Francisco.

Very substantial breakfast. Comfortable bed. Couldn't get the room temp regulated--seemed as though the thermostat wasn't functional. Windows didn't open either.

For the past few years I have always booked baylanding because I feel comfortable. Only the first time I came back to the bathroom, there was still a lot of hair in the water filter and the hairdryer was broken. Actually, it’s not a problem, but I don’t like the front desk receptionist who works in the morning shift, the few times I met her, she wasn’t friendly (I forgot her name) but I’m happy that the male receptionist who works at night is more welcoming and can accept complaints well. We stayed overnight and It was good for the price. The hotel is a bit older but clean. Our room was on the bay side king size bed. The breakfast was good with some hot choice. The staff was extremely helpful. The only negative side was the shuttle services stopped for a few hours from about 1115 to about 2:30-300. Not useful for clients arriving around noon.

Easy access to SFO. Perfect stay for an airport layover, hotel provided shuttle was on time and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and shuttle information. Room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Shower did not work nor did the air conditioner. Shuttle did not stop at our terminal - we were 10 minutes early and saw all the others go by- waited another 15 minutes and decided to catch the Mariott shuttle and walk.

Nice clean three star level hotel. Great location. Near freeway and airport but on quiet waterfront. Very reasonable prices. I stayed for two weeks but it's ideal for in and out or business travel. Beddings were not at all my favorite but not a deal breaker.

Pros Property was clean. Good view of the bay. Near restaurants than other hotels. Near the airport. Breakfast every morning Cons The pillows are Big Balls not very accommodating to the neck. Only one kind of pillow. The beds are kind of hard. A pillow top would have been nice. Breakfast only had protein every other day. It'd be nice to have protein and potatoes on the same day. Always saw sausage, never saw bacon.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dining options were close by, complimentary breakfast at 6 am and on site long term parking made things easy for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. I really liked the small property. I would appreciate having some food options other than pizza delivery. I arrivec at 8:30 and it was pouring down rain and I had to walk to get some dinner. Sandwiches in their snack shop would be convenient. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel.

Excellent hotel and facilities - great breakfast, satisfactory gym, great ambiance, nice walk along the bay. Staff was pleasant. Too bad it was raining and therefore we couldn't use the terrace. Overall great hotel, close to the airport Highly recommend it. Reasonably priced.
