The breakfast accommodated my gluten free lifestyle easily and the entire hotel is environmentally conscious. Coffee cups are 100% compostable and there are many recycled products. I was very happy with my stay.

Pros: View,Staff,Cleanliness,
Cons: The Breakfast items should be cooked and hot for the customers. Instead of letting us microwave it ourselves.. I mean for almost $200 a night..
Location: Transportation is easy, if you want to walk you can but it is like 30 min walk to get to Milbrae .
It was extraordinary, though it was a bit pricey but totally worth it. The Staff connects with the customer and makes them feel like home. They were able to help with all my needs.

Nice hotel good service will stay here again.. All the attraction we're very close free parking and widow was a plus.

Bed bugs!

Everything was great, except for getting bitten multiple times by bed bugs. For that reason and that reason only, I will not stay there again.

Pros: The amenities of the hotel are in excellent condition. Our room was clean and met my expectations. The hotel lobby is nice; breakfast was good.
Location: Close to the airport.
This hotel made my stay in San Feancisco very comfortable.

Very warm, soft and comfortable

Location: No LED lighting anywhere.
I start to feel pain and irritated when I am illuminated by LED lighting. Fortunately, this hotel, which I used to stay often 10 years ago, still remain clean, warm, cozy without much LED lighting yet unlike most recently renovated hotels all over. The only LED lighting found was the ones on top of coffee maker, which I could unplug to make it disabled. Air, staff, also coffee were pretty good by the comtemporary free hotel coffee standard. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

the airport shuttle made all the difference. it was timely and efficient! the hotel staff was very helpful
