Welcome to Villa la Vida, a spacious and stylish single-storey villa in Santiago de la Ribera, just 900 meters from the beach. Here, relaxation and comfort are the focus: enjoy an optional heated private pool, a sunny rooftop terrace with lounge sofa and sunbeds, a barbecue, and a cozy garden where you can soak up the sun until evening.



Santiago de la Ribera is located by the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea.



Inside, you'll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room overlooking the pool. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms with blackout shutters for a restful night.



The private outdoor pool can be heated on request, available for an extra fee. There's also an outdoor shower, barbecue, and a sunny rooftop terrace with lounge set, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue facilities—perfect for relaxing in the sun.



Parking is easy and free on the street in front of the villa. The property is close to public transport and only 900 meters from the beach.
