Apartments in San Luis for Rent

"We arrived to the hotel and were given a room that had a terrible noise on the AC. The window of the room on the 6th floor was broken. It was dirty, the water glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks as it was used before. I asked at the desk for another room, he said that that wasn’t possible, all rooms were taken. He then proceeded to suggest we just turn of the AC all he could do was to provide a fan. My wife and I walked out of it ASAP. I took videos of the noise the AC was making, and many pictures. I couldn’t find a way to ask Expedia for a refund. If I don’t hear from Expedia I will go VISA to recover the cost since we have been charged."

"The room was ok. The 2 things that stood out were the very slow check-in. Waited 15 minutes for the clerk to check in the guy before me. Mine took ten minutes and it was prepaid. Second was the meager breakfast. Juice, fruit cocktail and croissants that looked as if they’d been sat on. "
