The area where the hotel was located, was convenient and overall safe. The Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out. One of the beds in my room squeaked the entire night even when we walked in the room it squeaked. It felt like the AC wasn't working well because 3/4 of the time we were hot even though it was set at 69. We had to bring in our personal fan from our vehicle to help keep us stay cool. The sheets on the king size bed that's squeaked, were dirty with what looked like bed bug poop. Ialso found a pair of socks behind the table between the beds, which made me like the room wasnt thoroughly cleaned before I arrived. This made me very uneasy. The pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was extremely filthy. I would say the hotel was quiet enough for us to sleep although I had a hard time with the bed squeaking all night and the room being so hot. We spent most of the time out so we didn't get to use the TV except for cartoons which my daughter enjoyed, she did state that the TV would black out occasionally and then would come back on. We didn't get to experience the food. Also the hotel elevator chime sounded like an amber alert and if you left your room door open an alarm would sound off making you feel like you had triggered a bomb.

Excellent location

When I arrived at the hotel I went to the front desk and asked a professional looking young man; "Is it possible to check in early?" Than stated my name. The nice man at the desk, started typing to look up my reservation. Before he could say anything, a lady rushed over and very rudely and harshly barked out check in time is 4 o'clock. Then gave us a lecture. I can not overstate the amount of adittude in her voice. The polite thing to do would to have not interpreted the interaction I was having with the polite gentleman and let him say; I am sorry we do not have your room ready at this time. I then asked about handicap parking. The very gruff lady, once again used an overly aggressive voice. She barked; "It is completely valet." That in no way helped answer anything about accessiblity. Is there an elevator? Is it a reasonable distance to the elevator? Is there a flat area wide enough to get a wheelchair out a car? Of course the lady had already shown that she had no intention of being helpful. So, I did not ask any follow up questions. The professionally dressed gentleman at to desk looked petrified. She was not dressed like she worked the front desk and based on her attitude should not be allowed to. I travel a lot, and this was the rudest I have ever been treated at a hotel. This establishment markets itself as a high end resort hotel. No one working there should greet a guest like they are scolding a child. That lady should not be allowed to talk to customers.
