The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.. so u may want to ask for a lower floor, if you have a disability or trouble walking stairs. The communication was great and the host made everything I needed was available. I was accomplished with meet and greet transportation to and from ferry to my stay. The entire apartment was clean and spacious with safety locks to make your stay is worry free. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I will choose this place again for my trip back to Belize. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) The property is very clean, well taken care of, and a wonderful place to stay while you explore the island. Especially appreciated the mattress pads! Everyone was extremely helpful. Our pick-up at the airport was adjusted last minute, no problem at all. The rooftop patio and pool were fantastic - shade and sun, loungers, awesome view. Nestled into the north part of town with a balcony to watch the local action unfold but bedrooms set back in the quiet side of the property.
