Happy we chose this hotel. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. They helped us with recommendations and directions to take the train to Zumaia and Hendaia, tapas and dinner recommendations. Hotel in great location, 15-20min walk to old Town or Gros area. Great experience. Would recommend.

Overall a nice stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. A little far from San Sebastian city center and a little low on amenities. Also hate the shower design where there's a massive opening that allows water to escape onto the bathroom floor.
