The building encompasses the charming area which consists on a pedestrian layout around the Buen Pastor Cathedral and its gardens. The building has an elevator and the apartment has been fully renovated on April 2019\. The space has 2 bedrooms, with two single beds each. The are 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a modern open concept kitchen with high end appliances that faces the spacious dining and living room area. The apartment also highlights for its super cute french balconies overlooking the Buen Pastor Cathedral and its gardens. It has heating for the winter months and air conditioning for summer. It also has free Wi-fi connection. The location is perfect for almost everything: Both the best shopping area, the Old Town, bars and restaurants and La Concha beach are a few steps from the apartment.
