However, with that said, they are responsive online and via email. It was almost as if we were inconveniencing him with questions/concerns. The keys didn't work half the time, the bedding and linen was terrible, and the condo was not sufficiently stocked with even the basics. Dish soap was non existent, towels were scarce and of the lowest quality possible. There was also a persistent musty odor in the lobby and the unit. I have stayed in many VRBOs, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Access is easy with a lift and wide staircase. Check in and checkout was easy. However, the apartment had an overpowering damp, musty smell. Furniture and appliances were shabbier than they appeared in the pictures. One of our group had a nap and woke up with a spider bite on their arm. We looked up and realised there were cobwebs above the bed. That person decided to check into a hotel and did not stay at the apartment again. The property was modern and clean with views of La concha from all rooms. Key pickup is a bit away from the property but worked pretty well for us we had a car. The property is just under a mile from old town. It worked for us as we’re all fit and like to walk but this could be a consideration for others.
