The room was deceiving with a view on a retaining wall and a clunky AC. Site is great and location is perfect. Staff were great. Lots of kids at the pool.

The location of the resort was perfect. The villa we stayed in was clean. There was no noise which was perfect. Having the creek behind the property is a 10. Really enjoyed oir stay. Will definitely stay at the arroyo creek resort in the future.

We reported it and maintenance fixed the issue later that same evening so no complaints after that. My main complaint is that we didn’t receive housekeeping services ...
