"Charming French provincial stone house with big garden - only problem was that check-in normally starts at 4.30pm but the owner very kindly opened up the premises for us at 3.00pm and so we had time to walk to the nearby town of Touros - a mediaeval gem in the heart of Burgundy. Although the churches and a remarkable hospital museum are worth seeing, we were most impressed by the two Michelin-starred restaurants and we ate at Les Terrasses which was absolutely superb. "Very charming B&B! Fanny, our host, was friendly and helpful. They have on site parking and check in/check out process was easy. The room was small but comfortable for our family of 4 with a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in an annex room. Location is quiet so we didn’t have any problem with noise. Bathroom is good, as well. The best part was the breakfast with a variety of bread and cakes, jam, honey, tea, juice, hot chocolate. Great experience I highly recommend this B&B"

"Superb stay in extremely comfortable B&B. Exceptional welcome and local advice with directions. Perfect for overnight stop en route N or S ,a pity really to write that, as out of winter it would be great with family, as they have a large garden , garden room with self cooking facilities. "Stayed here overnight to break up a long journey to Italy. Perfect location just off the Autoroute. Lovely garden to relax in with a very welcome cold beer! Room was clean and comfortable and food was excellent. We had a lovely evening eating and drinking outside with the hosts Lotte & Wouter and 4 lovely Dutch guests. Evening meal is definitely recommended as all the produce is local, including home grown vegetables and herbs. Would definitely visit again if in the area."

"Fint nyrenoverat B&B med bra service och underbart läge med utsikt över berg och vingårdar. Området har få restauranger (finns tydligen en i byn men den var stängd vid vår vistelse). Området erbjuder många små byar med vingårdar som gör bra viner till rimliga priser."

"This place would have been what it promised, a place of dreams: remote, rural, beautiful, wonderfully appointed, easygoing, friendly. BUT. After going quite a long distance out of our way to find this special place, being greeted by the friendly owner, moving into our room, and hitting the pool, the owner returned to tell us that he had double-booked the room, and we would have to leave. So we had to get out, get dressed, and leave to make another drive to find another hotel (sight unseen)......

"To be frank, we were initially concerned that the gite might be too small but found this was absolutely not the case. There was ample room, the kitchen was completely furnished with everything one would need and more and the bed and furnishings were good. Bruno and Brigitte were the absolute perfects hosts and did much to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this gite and hope we will be able to return in the future."
